Ingredients:
✔️1 cup of oat flakes
✔️1 ½ cups of milk
✔️1 teaspoon of chia seeds
✔️2 tbsp of artificial sweetener or honey
✔️¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
✔️1 banana
✔️Chopped almonds to taste

How to Prepare:
In a jar with lid, mix the milk with the sweetener and cinnamon, then add the raw oatmeal. Finally, add Chia seeds and banana slices.

Mix lightly and cover, store in the refrigerator until the next morning (about 7-8 hours). If it is too thick you can add a little more milk.

Cover with chopped almonds and enjoy cold.

Alternatively, instead of milk you can use yogurt, oatmeal or coconut milk.
