✔️4 large eggs
✔️1 cup of zucchini, peeled, seeded and cut into cubes.
✔️¾ of cooked spinach cups, drained and cut into small pieces
✔️¼ cup of white cheese, cut into cubes
✔️⅓ cup of onion, cut into small pieces
✔️1 tablespoon of oil
✔️Salt and pepper to taste
1. Spray a non-stick pan with oil and heat over medium high heat.
2. Add and mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl, salt and pepper.
3. Place the mixture in the pan and cover it. Cook about 5 minutes, turn it carefully with a spatula and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve hot
