Don’t know what to prepare for your guests during holiday seasons? Don’t worry!! Here is a very simple dessert — Yogurt and Grapes Crown.
It requires some time to cool the gelatin layers though.

✔️2 ½ cups of boiling water
✔️4 gelatin sachets (12 ounces), 2 flavored with pineapple and 2 flavored grapes
✔️2 cups of big red grapes
✔️2 cups of greek yogurt
✔️¼ cup of sweetener (to taste)
✔️1 teaspoon of oil
✔️Utensils: A silicone mold for gelatin.
How to prepare?
1. Separate the boiling water and the gelatin powder in equal parts. Wash the grapes well, cut them into half and remove the seeds.
2. Dissolve 2 packages of gelatin (flavor grapes) in 1 ½ cup of water, and stir until the gelatin has dissolved.
3. Put the oil in the silicone mold and spread with a disposable napkin. Pour half of the prepared gelatin.
4. Refrigerate for 15 minutes, then remove from the refrigerator, add the grapes and the rest of the gelatin.
5. Continue to refrigerate for about 45 minutes to one hour.
6. In the remaining cup of boiling water, dilute the two pineapple gelatin sachets. In a blender mix the yogurt, sweetener and the diluted gelatin. Beat until a uniform mixture is obtained. If the other part of the dessert is already set, add the mixture to the silicone mold and refrigerate for at least two more hours.
7. To remove from the mold, you must stretch or pull the mold to the sides, gently take off the gelatin and then turning it completely over the serving plate.
