To Qualify for Results Review
To be considered for a Results Assurance Review, customers must:
1. Provide proof of purchase from an authorized Nutribear retailer (official website,
Shopee Official Store, Lazada Official Store, or TikTok Official Store).
2. Submit a completed Results Review Form detailing lifestyle, sleep pattern, diet,
hydration, and daily usage consistency.
3. Attach clear photos of the product label and batch number, showing that at least 80% of the gummies have been consumed.
4. Verify that all usage and storage instructions were followed (e.g. kept below 25°C, lid tightly sealed, away from sunlight and moisture).
5. Submit the request within 35 days of purchase - late submissions are not eligible.
6. Any refund, if approved after verification, is limited to one (1) unit per household
and issued as store credit only within 45 working days.
Impawtant Notes
1. Results depend on individual factors such as age, baseline health, stress, diet, sleep, hydration, and consistency of use.
2. This policy applies only to first-time purchases made through official Nutribear
channels.
3. Incomplete forms, missing documents, or unclear photos will void eligibility.
4. Purchases from unauthorized resellers or third-party sellers are not eligible.
5. Improper storage, skipped dosages, or combining with unverified supplements will invalidate claims.
6. Nutribear may request additional information or decline any submission without
further explanation if verification standards aren’t met.
7. Store credits, once issued, are non-transferable and non-refundable.
8. The Results Assurance is intended to help evaluate customer experience and
compliance, not to serve as a refund guarantee.
General Conditions
This Results Assurance applies only to Nutribear Ageless Gummies and does not
extend to other Nutribear products.
Nutribear reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this assurance policy at any time without prior notice.
All decisions made by Nutribear regarding Results Review eligibility and outcomes are final and binding.
